NPR reports on one of the winners of their Collegiate Student Podcast Contest who made a podcast to find her father. Anya Steinberg made her podcast He’s Just 23 Chromosomes about the artificial insemination process that birthed her and her quest to find her donor father.
Anya grew up not anything about her biological donor father and it was always a big mystery to her so she set about trying to find everything she could about sample #3406. The podcast also has interviews with her mother and brother and the 7:58 minute show ends with a call for sample #3406 to email her.
