With a revamped design and improved search WOC Podcasters has relaunched its jobs board for all paid audio-related opportunities, from internships to executive positions. Check it out HERE.
The mission of the WOC Podcasters Job Board is to help Women of Color podcasters and audio creators find organizations that recognize the importance of widening the talent pool. The team at WOC Podcasters hopes that connecting with talented individuals and hiring managers working in audio can facilitate more discussions around where the current industry falls short and how to make meaningful and positive changes. Founder of WOC Podcasters, Danielle Desir, said, “Whether improving company culture or fine-tuning production and editing skills, we are in the unique position to bring audio creators and media teams together to have honest conversations about what both parties are looking for and how to meet expectations.”
