As Travis points out in his column podcast communities are some of the best places to find information on how to improve, grow, and market your podcast. Most podcasters offer up free advice and genuinely want to help new podcasters succeed. In addition to the ones Travis lists, we also like The Florida Podcasters Association and The Seattle Podcasters Guild and The Podcast Editor’s Club among many others.

Both Chicago Podcasters Unite and Chicago Podcasters are solid Facebook groups and open to anyone. They are really active with sharing info, promoting each other, and holding MeetUps and live podcasting events. Everyone reading this should sign up!
