Onomy has announced the launch of three new educational podcasts: “Life Survival Guide with Devon Werkheiser”, “Curious Dwayne with Dwayne Allen,” and “Mental Health Day with Talea Jackson.”
Here are the details on the new podcats:
- “Life Survival Guide with Devon Werkheiser” is a video podcast with Devon Werkheiser, who formerly starred as Ned Bigby on Nickelodeon children’s cult classic, Ned’s Declassified School Survival Guide. Now an adult, Devon will be leading a podcast helping his young Gen Z and millennial audience navigate adulthood through fun interviews.
- “Curious Dwayne with Dwayne Allen” is a podcast hosted by retired NFL player and current NFLPA player director, Dwayne Allen, in which he interviews athletes, authors, entrepreneurs, and thought leaders to learn about the ways education has served them in their lives. The series is set to launch in November, featuring an interview with Coach Dabo Swinney of Clemson University football.
- “Mental Health Day with Talea Jackson” is a podcast where actress Talea Jackson interviews creative individuals about their self-care routines while relaxing in “mental health day” activities like the spa, coffee shop and outdoors. Talea Jackson is known for her role in the Emmy Nominated Series A House Divided. She also uses her social media platforms @stfujustbehappy to share her growth as a creative, while being transparent about the ups and downs of striving in creative spaces as a black woman.
