The Ringer Podcast Network from Spotify announced the launch of The Ringer Guide to the Summer Games, a new short-form podcast that explains the stories behind the games of the Tokyo Olympics starting on Monday, July 19, 2021.
The show will be hosted by Ringer staff writer Rodger Sherman who asks questions in the trailer like “What makes Simone Biles the greatest gymnast of all time?”, and “Why is Katie Ledecky set to dominate like never before?”
Each episode will be approximately 5-10 minutes and launch daily with humor, insight, and athlete commentary. The series will run the length of the 2021 Tokyo Olympics ending on August 8th.
