Talkhouse has formed a partnership with The New Republic as an exclusive producer and distributor of their podcast content. Together, both companies will produce the flagship news magazine podcast titled The Politics of Everything, co-hosted by The New Republic’s literary editor Laura Marsh and staff writer Alex Pareene (formerly editor of Gawker).
Presented as a 45-minute “deeper-dive” into stories from The New Republic’s digital and print editions, The Politics of Everything will cover a range of topics including the American right-wing obsession into nootropic supplements; a thoughtful look at Atlanta homelessness; and a breakdown on such emerging technologies as how new emojis are added to the global registry.
