If you’ve spent any significant amount of time making your podcast, then you might be asking yourself how you make money on it but assume you have to have thousands of downloads per episode.
The latest blog from Squadcast seeks to dispel that notion. They quote Veronica Davis from Pod Sound School, “If your podcast has a small but profitable niche, you may be able to approach sponsors before reaching big numbers with your downloads.”
They offer some pros and cons of using advertising on your podcast and offer four tips on how to get it.
