For the second March in a row Podcast Spotify has announced significant changes to its operating system that will enable the user to more easily resume podcasts and find new ones.
Their new “Recently Played” tab will display up to three months of listening history which can be resumed from wherever it was left off, and new episodes of currently subscribed podcasts will be updated with a blue dot.
The changes are more dramatic for premium users who will get recommendation tabs for new music from artists they’ve enjoyed and a similar feature for new podcasts as well.
The changes are shown in a snappy presentation video showing off all the eye-catching graphics of their beautiful OS and will be rolled out this month to all iOS and Android users.
