Two more heavy hitters are joining Spotify to help boost its growing podcasting business. Former CBS News Chief David Rhodes is now consulting Spotify on podcast programming and the music streaming service has hired former Facebook executive Amy Hudson to lead its sports podcasting business.
Rhodes joined CBS News in 2011 and also worked at Fox News. He left CBS News as president earlier this year. Hudson most worked at Facebook, leading their North American sports media partnerships. She’s also worked at Turner Sports.
