The Blast is reporting that Dawson Creek star James Van Der Beek has filed a lawsuit against the Satellite company, alleging they did not pay him $700K they promised for a podcast deal.
The Blast reports the actor was supposed to record 40 episodes and be paid $700,000. However, according to Van Der Beek someone from upper management then stepped in and shut the deal down.
