Colorado Springs, CO - The Podcast Content Executive Producer position exists to be responsible for developing and executing the overall creative vision for podcast network, as well as managing budgets, schedules, and workflows. This position will oversee the production of podcast content from start to finish, manage a creative team of producers, editors, and hosts, and ensure that shows are engaging, informative, and meet the highest standards of quality. Additionally, the Executive Producer will be responsible for the development of new shows, identifying and cultivating new talent, and driving growth and engagement across our podcast portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the podcast industry, with a proven track record of producing successful shows that have garnered a loyal following.
