SiriusXM’s Stitcher is bringing back The Paris Review Podcast _for a third season**.** R_eleased in partnership with The Paris Review, the publication deemed “the enduring lion of American literary magazines” by the New York Times.
Each of the five new episodes blends archival interview audio with performances by actors and authors of fiction, poetry, and nonfiction. This wealth of literary gold is elevated by original scoring, surprising literary ephemera, and gorgeous sound design. The result is an immersive audio experience akin to reading the magazine itself.
The new season of The Paris Review Podcast continues to deliver, featuring interviews with the likes of Rachel Cusk, Robert Frost, Edward P. Jones, and George Saunders. Some of the most exciting writers of our time, including Jericho Brown, Molly McCully Brown, Yohanca Delgado, and Monica Youn, read their new works. Season three also showcases the talents of singer-songwriter Phoebe Bridgers reading poet Natalie Scenters-Zapico and singing her “Garden Song,” actor Amber Grey channeling Edward P. Jones’s story “Maria,” actor Jessica Hecht reenacting Joan Didion’s classic Art of Fiction interview, Connor Ratliff reading a story by Bud Smith, Aisha Sabotini Sloan presenting an original essay commissioned just for the podcast, and many others.
