Podtrac reported July listening numbers Monday morning, and NPR, iHeartRadio, and PRX held on to the top three spots on the chart.
With 60 shows, two more than last month, NPR checked in with a unique monthly audience of 20.8 million (up from 20.4 million). iHeartRadio, with its 244 shows, 12 fewer than June, was second on the chart with a unique audience of 18.4 million, according to Podtrac. That’s down from 19 million in June. And, PRX, with 70 shows was third on the Podtrac chart with a unique monthly audience in July of 9.4 million.
