Halal Cartels is a new podcast by two comedians critiquing capitalism in New York. Hosted by Gabe Pacheco, a Chicano comedian, critic of capitalism, and life-long educator and Sameer Naseem, a Muslim Indian American comedian and marketing maven
They describe themselves as “two products of the global south talking trash and centering ourselves at the heart of culture and empire here in lovely Brooklyn. And just like the Wu, we do for the children.”
They launched their first two episodes on June 30th, and their first episode is about affluent people waiting in lines, exterminating all the brutes, Andrew Jackson, vaccine public relations, and the Irish.
