The National Podcast Association will host its first National Podcast Festival Saturday, December 4th from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. at the Italian Community Center in Milwaukee.
The one day event will offer a place for both current and potential podcasters to listen, learn and unite. Activities to include networking, breakout sessions, live speakers, head shot station, awards ceremony, and more. Attendees will even have the opportunity to record a 10-minute intro/outro for their podcast.
“The podcast industry and community continues to grow each and every day. Our mission with the National Podcast Festival is to bring the Podcast community from across the country together in Milwaukee for a day of networking, learning, and planning for the future," said NPA President Allison Phillips. “We have exciting announcements to come in the coming weeks regarding speakers and activities planned for the Festival.”
Tickets for the festival starting at just $15 will go on sale Friday, August 20th at 10am and will be available via the National Podcast Association website.
The National Podcast Association was launched in September, 2020 to provide resources and networking opportunities for podcasters throughout the United States and Canada.
