Actor Levar Burton was hoping to provide an additional service to people by taking his podcast _LeVar Burton Reads _to a live-streaming platform. The problem with that is, unless the books are in the public domain, Burton risks copyright infringement issues. He would need to get permission from each book author in order to read their books on a streaming platform.
