CBS News Radio and CBS Audio will launch Security Matters with Paul Viollis, a new daily series of feature segments and a podcast covering safety and security issues facing Americans. The feature launches Monday on the CBS News Radio Network.
Security Matters is hosted by Paul Viollis, a CBS News security consultant and global security and law enforcement expert. Topics on Security Matters will include terrorism, cybercrime, and new threats emerging every day.
In addition to breaking news and analysis, Security Matters will deliver a special “Parents Alert” on issues affecting the well-being of families and their children.
“We’re delighted to offer Paul’s insight and expertise to our affiliates. Paul speaks to the ever-present concern for safety and those issues that keep us up at night: the safety of our families, businesses, our country, and the world,” said Craig Swagler, Vice President and General Manager of CBS News Radio.
