Bohemian Rhapsody star and Blackout Executive Producer and host Rami Malek tells Refinery 29 it might happen.
Malek said we can also expect a lot of actors coming to tell their stories via podcasts because it’s easier to get something accomplished by podcasting. Malek explained to Refinery 29’s Morgan Baila that he decided to voice-act a podcast because it’s not as time consuming. “You don’t have to go in and do hair and makeup and all that stuff.”
We’ve listened to every episode of Blackout. Malek plays a DJ in a fictional town in New Hampshire when the power grid goes down across the country. The podcast, to this point, has been focusing on how people deal with each other when they are without power and supplies are dwindling.
