In The Dark host Madeleine Baran sent out an e-mail this morning about a special episode being released September 17 for donors only. She’s asking for any donation from fans of the show.
We reported back on June 24 that the producers of In The Dark said that each episode of the show cost $100,000 to make. The show is produced by APM.
The content of the episode will include a discussion about June 21, 2019, which was an intense day of reporting for the In The Dark team. Fans will get a behind-the-scenes look of that eventful day: from the Supreme Court’s ruling on Curtis’ case in Washington, D.C., to our reporters’ confrontation with Willie James Hemphill at an Indianapolis courthouse 500 miles away.
