Hellocast is a workflow platform that launched in April. In the most recent HelloCast update there’s free plan for new podcasters and paid plans starting at $7/user per month. The platform now includes features that make it easy for podcasters to build custom checklists and workflows. Tasks can be assignable to team members collaborating to produce the podcast.
Co-Founder Brandon Hull said the changes come from customer feedback “We heard from customers and potential customers alike, encouraging us to keep building a new way for podcasters to manage their podcasts. Next up is guest booking. You’ll be able to schedule guests with Google Calendar integration. No more back-and-forth with guests and no additional subscription needed with a tool like Calendly or Acuity Scheduling.”
