Former WNYC Studios VP Joins Broccoli Content

Tony Phillips, former Vice President for On-Demand Content at WNYC studios and Commissioning Editor for BBC Radio 4 and BBC World Service, joins Broccoli Content as Chief Creative Officer in March 2020.

Prior to joining WNYC, Phillips was a Commissioning Editor for BBC Radio 4 and BBC World Service, where he was responsible for commissioning 300 features and documentaries a year. His commissions included The Listening Project for Radio 4 and Open-Eye, a multi-platform series presented by leading photo-journalists combining compelling audio documentary-making and short-form photo-films.
