Podchaser announced on their blog that the former CEO of Stitcher, Erik Diehn, is joining Podchaser’s advisory team. He recently stepped down in March, nine months after it was announced that Sirius was buying Stitcher for $325 million.
From 2016 to 2021, Erik Diehn served as CEO of Stitcher. Diehn joined the company when it was ad sales pioneer Midroll Media and oversaw the expansion of its Earwolf comedy network, the launch of new content brands, and the acquisition of the Stitcher podcast player and brand.
