That’s according to the latest figures from Libsyn’s Advertisecast. For February, the average CPM rate was $22.04 for a 60-second ad, down about 1% compared to January ($22.28). The rate is also down from $23.25 in February of 2022.
The three highest CPM categories in February were Technology at $27, Education at $25 and Kids & Family also at $25. Three categories with more affordable CPM’s include Music, Leisure, and Fiction, which averaged around the low twenties in February.
