Host Jason Romano, a former ESPN Producer, tells PBJ that the Sports Spectrum Podcast just reached 2 million downloads. The show features stories and conversations with athletes and others in the world of sports intersecting with faith.
Following the success of the show Romano launched the Sports Spectrum Podcast Network. One of the first shows is called “Table Forty” hosted by 8-time MLB All-Star Matt Holliday and his wife Leslee.
More shows launching will be launching soon, including one focused on the wives of pro athletes and one hosted by a former MLB pitcher on what its like to be on mission.
