The Boston Herald reports on a new HBO miniseries Catch and Kill: The Podcast Tapes based on journalist Ronan Farrow’s work on the podcast series The Catch and Kill Podcast based on the book Catch and Kill: Lies, Spies, and a Conspiracy to Protect Predators.
Asked if an illustrated version of the podcasts is necessary, “I completely understand the question,” Bailey says in a Zoom interview “This series gives you the opportunity to not just hear people talk about what happened to them but see them talk about what happened. I think being able to put a face to the voice is transformative.
“Also, while it can be very easy to say, ‘We know the story,’ the fact is this is an ongoing story. Harvey Weinstein is going to be extradited to California to face additional charges."
