For people who don’t believe their politicians are listening to them, Mayor Walt Maddox of Tuscaloosa, Alabam is and is hosting a podcast released every two weeks called Tuscaloosa Talk where he talks with city residents about changes to their community.
The Tuscaloosa News reports that in the first episode from July 12th they talked about the effects of a tornado, adding sidewalks along one stretch of road, and naming a high school after the popular University of Alabama coach Paul W. “Bear” Bryant.
