Bloody Disgusting, a brand the specializes in horror, has partnered with Acast to help grow and monetize its four podcasts.
Founded by Brad Miska and Tom Owen, Bloody Disgusting operates a horror news website specializing in horror-related news, entertainment, and reviews. In 2017, the company launched the Bloody Disgusting Podcast Network and now has over 1,000 episodes across its four shows.
Shows within the network include:
- Creepy, the acclaimed collection of evocative stories hosted by Jon Grilz about the world’s most famous urban legends, creepypastas and horror stories shared throughout the internet.
- The Boo Crew, a high energy entertainment talk show in which hosts Trevor Shand, Lauren Shand and Leone D’Antonio are joined by guests to talk about horror films new and old.
- SCP Archives, an audio drama hosted by Pacific Obadiah exploring a dark world of creatures and beings as documented in a government dossier.
- Horror Queers, a fun and entertaining talk show in which hosts Joe Lipsett and Trace Thurman tackle horror films with LGBTQ+ themes, a high camp quotient, or both.
