ABC Audio announced that Liz Alesse will formally join ABC Audio as the new director and executive producer of Podcast Programming. Alesse has been actually leading the ABC podcast team since last November in what had planned to be a 6-month assignment. Her position is now permanent.
Alesse has been working on ABC podcasts including “In Plain Sight: Lady Bird Johnson” and “Life Out Loud with LZ Granderson.”
Prior to ABC, Alesse got her start in local news, producing in her hometown of Albany, New York, before moving to Boston where she worked at New England Cable News and WGBH.
